Do you also deliver to France and Germany?

Yes, we deliver a selection of products to France and Germany via DPD or GLS. Not all models are available for delivery outside Belgium/Netherlands.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order at Kouterstraat 25, 8710 Ooigem (at Dierenspeciaalzaak PIRO). With pickup, you get a 10 euro discount.

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. During busy periods, this may take 7-10 working days.

We accept Bancontact, iDEAL (for the Netherlands), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfer. All online payments are processed securely via Mollie.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €7.95 for Belgium and €9.95 for the Netherlands, regardless of order size. For France and Germany it is €10.95 (if the product can be shipped there). Pickup in our store is free.
